 60-Day Return Window

We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@minimama.store. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

📦 Please do not send items back without contacting us first—we won’t be able to process unrequested returns.


 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our end, we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • In all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is not refundable.

Many customers find it more cost-effective to keep the item and opt for a partial refund instead. We're happy to explore that option with you.


 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@minimama.store so we can make it right as quickly as possible.


🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size or style you want is to place a new order and return the item you have. That said, in many cases, we're happy to offer free size exchanges—just reach out and we'll do our best to assist.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days—for any reason—under EU consumer protection laws.

As with all returns, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with tags.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
